Portable fans have become a must-have in the Philippines, especially during hot days when staying cool on the go is essential. Today, we’re reviewing two popular models from JISULIFE – the JISULIFE Mini Fan and the JISULIFE Life9 Mini. We bought both from Lazada (not sponsored!) and tested them side by side to see which one gives better value for money.

- The Mini Fan shows a blinking red light while charging.
- The Life9 Mini shows a blinking white light.
- Both can be charged using a power bank, making them easy to recharge while traveling.
Wind Speed Performance (Tested with Anemometer)
- JISULIFE Mini Fan – decent airflow, but a bit lower in wind speed compared to the Life9.
- JISULIFE Life9 Mini – hit its claimed 9 m/s airflow, outperforming both the Mini Fan and even the bigger Pro 1s in our separate test.
In terms of raw cooling power, the Life9 Mini wins.
Price Comparison
- JISULIFE Mini Fan – around ₱424
- JISULIFE Life9 Mini – around ₱850
Both are budget-friendly, but the Life9 Mini costs more because of its stronger airflow and lighter build.
Final Verdict
- Choose the JISULIFE Mini Fan if you want a budget-friendly, multi-functional device that works as a fan, flashlight, and power bank. Perfect for those who value versatility.
- Choose the JISULIFE Life9 Mini if you prioritize lightweight portability and maximum airflow performance. It’s pricier, but the comfort and power make it worth the investment.
Either way, both are excellent portable fans that deliver reliable cooling on the go.
