El Nido, Palawan, is famous for its stunning island-hopping tours, and Tour C is particularly known for its dramatic landscapes and incredible snorkeling spots. Here are the highlights of El Nido Tour C!
Helicopter Island
Our first island for today is the Helicopter Island, known locally as Dimalacot Island. This island is named for its helicopter-like shape. It boasts a long stretch of white sand beach and clear waters, perfect for snorkeling and relaxing.
They say that this island is a favorite stop in the various islan-hopping tours available in El Nido, offering a blend of adventure and relaxation. Upon setting foot on Helicopter island, you’re greeted with the soft touch of white sand and the symphony of gentle waves lapping against the shore. It’s a must to do snorkeling here, as the surrounding waters are teeming with marine life. You’ll find good spots with vibrant corals and schools of fish just beneath the water’s surface.
For those who wants a more relaxed pace, just lounge on the beach and take in the magnificent views of limestone formations.
Cadlao Lagoon
Off to our next island! We are heading to Cadlao Lagoon and all in this boat are excited because we heard a lot of good things about this lagoon from our tour guides today.
According to them, this island was just recently opened because it was temporarily off-limits to give way to the reality show Survivor! Nice, that means, this island is really something!
Cadlao Lagoon is a paradise waiting to be discovered! With towering limestone rocks enveloped around the lagoon, this place gives off a fortress-like vibe perfect for secluded getaway.
The best way to explore the lagoon is by Kayak. Paddle your way around the furthest part of the Cadlao. The lagoon has an opening to the sea that gives a spectacular show of how the water changes from deep emerald to clear azure color.
The limestone and rock formations are really amazing! As we navigate this lagoon, we can’t help but to admire the beaty of El Nido! Since we are exploring via kayak, this part of the tour is really tiring. But, of course it really all worth-it.
Our timing here for this island-hopping, they say, is just perfect! We were still able to see the Survivor reality show site. Lucky right? .. and I should say that this Cadlao Lagoon is just perfect!
Talisay Beach
After a very tiring kayak at the beautiful Cadlao Lagoon, we are now on our way to Talisay beach for lunch. By the way, as with our El Nido Beach tour A, our lunch for this island-hopping is included in the package. I sure bet that our lunch for today is as great as what we had yesterday with our Tour A.
It didn’t take us long before reaching Talisay Beach. This beach is known for its pristine waters and vibrant marine life. I’m sure this is a great spot for snorkeling and enjoying a picnic lunch at the beach!
This is one of the famous spots in El Nido. The view is picture perfect, lovely sandy beach with good waves to jump about and great place for snorkeling. Just perfect! This is an epitome of beauty – bluegreen water, white sand. This is really worth the trip!
Our lunch at Talisay beach is just great! Food is good as expected and really enough for the whole group.
Hidden Beach
After a good lunch at Talisay beach, the whole group is now off to Hidden beach! You will really not mind the boat travel here in El Nido! You can’t get enough of the beauty of this place! The picture-perfect clear blue waters and the magnificent limestone formations!
Hidden beach is tucked away behind limestone cliffs. This beach is accessible by swimming or kayaking through a narrow entrance. So you really need to make your way through that narrow entrance to be able to see the beauty of this Hidden paradise! Its serene beauty and clear waters make it a perfect spot for relaxation and snorkeling.
Secret Beach
Cruising again this beautiful area of El Nido, our island hopping boat is now on its way to Secret Beach. Accessible only by swimming through a narrow opening in the rock, Secret Beach is a hidden gem surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. This is just amazing!
They say that this Secret Beach is the inspiration of author Alex Garland to write his novel The Beach when he stayed in El Nido.
This secret beach is really a piece of paradise! This place is beyond beautiful.
Star Beach
You just can’t get enough of the beauty of El NIdo, Palawan! All the islands that we explored so far are ally awesome! The entire group is back to our boat and now cruising to Star Beach for Snorkeling
According to our boat man, this area is really good for snorkeling with very rich marine life and colorful coral reefs. Snorkeling here is an absolutely must!
Summary
It took us around 30-40 minutes to get back to the El Nido Beach, our drop-off site for this Tour C. Tiring as it may look, but it’s all really worth it! Really amazed by the islands remoteness and calm beauty! El Nido Tour C, without a doubt, will definitely bring great memories of our stay here and an absolutely must do here in El Nido!
