Located in Mitsukoshi, BGC, Mendokoro Ramenba has gained a reputation for its authentic and delicious Japanese ramen. Here’s why it’s often considered among the best:
Authenticity: Mendokoro Ramenba is known for its commitment to authenticity. The restaurant takes pride in using traditional Japanese cooking techniques and high-quality ingredients to create its ramen dishes. From the rich broth to the perfectly cooked noodles, each bowl of ramen reflects the true essence of Japanese cuisine.
Flavorful Broth: One of the highlights of Mendokoro Ramenba’s ramen is its flavorful broth. Whether you’re a fan of tonkotsu (pork bone), shoyu (soy sauce), or miso-based broths, Mendokoro’s broths are known for their depth of flavor and richness.
Upon entering the restaurant, you need to line up for your orders. Of course, we’ll order ramen, they say that this is the best ramen place in town!
We ordered shio ramen, chicken karaage, we also added Aji tamago and last but not the least – we ordered the secret menu – Super Chashu Ramen.
As soon as you are done with your order, you’ll be assisted by one of the staff to your seat area.
If you can’t take-out ramen, I’m sure you can take home any of the items for sale here. There’s one small area where you can find shirts and caps all available for purchase.
Mendokoro Ramenba is indeed highly regarded as one of the best ramen spots in the metro. In my opinion, this is the best, authentic Japanese ramen in Metro Manila! Comment if you agree or if you know any other ramen restaurants that’s better than Mendokoro and we will try it out.
Mendokoro Ramenba is two-thumbs up! I’m sure the whole family will enjoy Japanese ramen here!
